2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1/2 cup caramel sauce

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and continue to beat until fully combined.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until each is well incorporated.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Drizzle the caramel sauce over the cream cheese mixture.
Use a knife or toothpick to gently swirl the caramel into the cream cheese, creating a marbled effect.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
Allow the cheesecake bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
Once cooled, refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to set before slicing and serving.
