Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 cups (190g) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (50g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (120ml) vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240ml) buttermilk

- 1 cup (175g) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Cake Pan:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch (23cm) round cake pan. Set aside.
Combine the Dry Ingredients:
