- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup (60ml) milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
Prepare the Banana Fritter Batter:
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
Add the mashed bananas, milk, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, and mix until well combined.
Fry the Banana Fritters:
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
Drop spoonfuls of the banana fritter batter into the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
Fry the fritters for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Repeat the frying process with the remaining batter.
Serve the Banana Fritters:
Serve the fried banana fritters warm, dusted with powdered sugar.
