2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (16-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted unsalted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust layer. Place the dish in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.
In a separate mixing bowl, beat the powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the thawed whipped topping until well combined, creating the creamy filling.
Spread half of the creamy filling over the graham cracker crust in an even layer.
Arrange the sliced fresh strawberries over the filling layer, creating an even strawberry layer.
In another mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until the pudding thickens.
Spread the pudding mixture over the strawberry layer, creating a smooth and even surface.
Add the remaining half of the creamy filling over the pudding layer and spread it evenly.
Refrigerate the No-Bake Strawberry Delight for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
Before serving, garnish with additional sliced strawberries if desired.
