Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Divine Chocolate Cake with Hidden Zucchini

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 9×13 baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Add the eggs, oil, buttermilk, and vanilla, and mix until combined.
Fold in the zucchini and chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool completely before cutting and serving.
