Zesty Fiesta-Style Ranch Taco Pasta Salad


8 oz shell pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
3/4 cup Ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup corn kernels
1 cup black beans
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro


Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning, following the package instructions.
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, seasoned ground beef, Ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, corn, black beans, red onion, green bell pepper, and cilantro. Toss until well combined.
Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving to allow flavors to meld together.
