Sautéed Zucchini

Simple and Scrumptious Sautéed Zucchini

Ingredients:

2 medium zucchinis, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté for about a minute, until fragrant.
Add zucchini slices, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, until the zucchini is tender.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve warm.
