Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/4 ripe avocado
2 large oranges
1 large ripe mango
1 cup apple juice
2 cups frozen peaches
Directions:
Peel the banana and avocado, then cut into chunks.

Peel and pit the mango, cutting it into chunks.
In a blender, add all the ingredients including the apple juice and frozen peaches.
