Spicy Mac and Cheese with Ground Beef Twist
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 (7.25 ounce) package macaroni and cheese mix
2 cups milk
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
Directions:
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain.
Meanwhile, in a separate saucepan, prepare the macaroni and cheese mix according to package directions using the milk and margarine.
Once macaroni and cheese is ready, stir in the cooked ground beef, salsa, and diced green chiles.
Cook on low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.
