1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
1 cup sugar snap peas
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 green onions, chopped
Sesame seeds for garnish
Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the sliced flank steak and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the sliced bell peppers, julienned carrot, and sugar snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
Return the cooked steak to the skillet. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add the cooked rice noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the beef and vegetables.
