Garlic Beef Noodle Bowls

Ingredients:

8 ounces flank steak, thinly sliced
8 ounces rice noodles
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
1 cup sugar snap peas
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 green onions, chopped
Sesame seeds for garnish

Directions:

Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the sliced flank steak and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the sliced bell peppers, julienned carrot, and sugar snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
Return the cooked steak to the skillet. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and vegetables. Stir well to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add the cooked rice noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the beef and vegetables.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
