Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (for topping)
Directions:
