4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, dried oregano, dried basil, and paprika.
