Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup peach preserves
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Fresh peach slices for garnish
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a small saucepan, combine peach preserves, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using). Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is well combined and heated through, about 5 minutes.
Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Brush the chicken breasts generously with the peach BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of grilling, flipping once to ensure even coating.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
Garnish with fresh peach slices and parsley.
Serve hot with extra peach BBQ sauce on the side.
