Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 (1-oz) packet taco seasoning
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chiles
1 (16-oz) package frozen tater tots
1 (8-oz) package shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F and lightly spray a 9×9-inch pan with cooking spray.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until no longer pink, then drain the fat.
Add the taco seasoning and water to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
