Ingredients:

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 packet taco seasoning
10 ounce can Rotel with lime juice and cilantro
32 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 cup chicken broth
Corn or flour tortillas
Your favorite taco toppings (sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.)

Directions:

Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.

Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the chicken.
