2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 large avocado, ripe and diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh mixed greens for serving
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced avocado, red onion, celery, and fresh cilantro.
