1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
2 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes


Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Cut the chicken breasts into long, thin strips.
In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha sauce, honey, and soy sauce until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each chicken strip into the mayonnaise mixture, making sure it’s well coated.
Roll the coated chicken strip in the panko breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Thread the coated chicken strips onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
Grill the chicken skewers for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
