Ingredients:

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well to create a marinade.
Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss until well coated. Let the shrimp marinate for at least 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, piercing through the tail and the head end of each shrimp.
Place the shrimp skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.
Remove the shrimp skewers from the grill and transfer them to a serving plate.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
