Ingredients:
8 ounces ramen noodles
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 cup snow peas, trimmed
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup sliced green onions
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
Directions:
Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced red and yellow bell peppers, snow peas, shredded carrots, and sliced green onions to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the minced garlic to the center. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
In a small bowl, whisk together the low-sodium soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, grated fresh ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the skillet and stir to coat evenly.
Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Garnish the Ramen Noodles Stir-Fry with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
