Delectable Bang Bang Salmon

Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Salmon:

4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Bang Bang Sauce:

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Thai sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon lime juice

For Garnish:

Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
Sliced green onions
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper for the salmon marinade.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the marinade generously over the top of each fillet.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flaky.
While the salmon is baking, prepare the Bang Bang sauce. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, and lime juice until well combined.
Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the top of each salmon fillet.
Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and sliced green onions.
Serve the Bang Bang Salmon hot and enjoy!
