Steak Kabobs

Grilled Sirloin and Veggie Skewers

Ingredients:

2 pounds sirloin steak
2 bell peppers
1 red onion
2 zucchini
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:

Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes, and the peppers, onion, and zucchini into chunks.
In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, black pepper, and olive oil.
Add the steak and vegetables to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread the steak and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between the different ingredients.
Grill for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
