Ingredients:

2 pounds flank steak
Juice of 2 oranges
Juice of 2 limes
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Lime wedges for serving

Directions:

In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, ground cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Place the flank steak in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag.
Pour the marinade over the steak, making sure it’s fully coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
Grill the steak for 6-8 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let it rest for a few minutes.
Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.
