Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 large eggs, beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups ripe peaches, peeled and diced
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
