Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup julienned carrots
  • 1 cup snow peas, ends trimmed
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Preparation Steps:

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, marinate the sliced chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.
