Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) of crescent roll dough
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Cinnamon sugar for dusting

Preparation Steps:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Roll out one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared dish to form a crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and flour until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent roll crust.
  5. Roll out the second can of crescent roll dough and place it on top of the cream cheese layer.
  6. Pour melted butter over the top crescent roll layer, spreading it evenly.
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar generously over the entire surface.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow the cheesecake to cool before slicing into squares.
